The ELIOS project started in 2015 by friends Nicola and Guido.

Nicola graduated in computer engineering and worked as software engineer and developer but realized he needed to connect with nature. Guido graduated in Oenology and worked as a consultant for many years. They both realized that they needed to work for themselves and spend time on their number one passion: natural wine making.

This gave birth to ELIOS. The wineyards are located in Monreale, Camporeale and Alcamo in Sicily. ELIOS is working with native Sicilian grapes: Catarratto, Zibbibo, Grillo, Nerello Mascalese and Nero d’Avola.

Manually picked grapes, low intervention, no filtration. ELIOS has set the standard for the new era of natural Sicilian winemaking with their terroir driven and handcrafted wines.
